Pegasus TransTech announced that Western Flyer Express – an Oklahoma City-based 210-truck fleet providing nationwide dry van, refrigerated and flatbed service – has implemented Transflo Express.
“We have a reputation for courteous delivery and professional shipping,” says April Spurgeon, a company principal. “Transflo Express gives drivers the opportunity to be paid on a load if it delivers on the day we cut off payroll. They like that. We love it in management because we get our bills out fast.”
Pegasus TransTech says that with Transflo Express, drivers hand their delivery documents to a fuel desk attendant for scanning; in seconds, these documents are delivered electronically to headquarters for billing and payroll processing. According to the company, Transflo Express speeds the flow of paperwork, reducing days-sales-outstanding and increasing cash flow.
