Meritor Inc. announced Carl Anderson is being appointed to the position of vice president and treasurer, responsible for treasury, tax and corporate development. Previously, he served as assistant treasurer for Meritor. Anderson has been with the company for nearly six years. Prior to joining Meritor, he spent close to 10 years in a variety of finance and treasury roles with GMAC.
“Carl’s extensive financial background and experience in treasury, tax and corporate development activities make him the perfect candidate for this position,” says Jay Craig, chief financial officer. “Carl has brought significant value to the team in the past several years and has proven to be a very effective finance leader.”
