Members of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.’s Uni-Maxx Truck Care on-highway service network – Wingfoot Commercial Tire Systems, a Goodyear subsidiary; Boss Truck Shops Inc., a subsidiary of Bosselman Inc.; and Highway Service Ventures/Patriot Farms Flying J – have announced the winners of the MaxxCare loyalty rewards program Million Point Giveaway promotion. The promotion was offered from June 13 to Dec. 31, 2011.

The top 10 MaxxCare point earners during the promotion period received a total of 900,000 points, with Joe Holler of West Des Moines, Iowa, emerging as the top point earner and grand prize winner, taking home 250,000 points. In addition, 10 randomly drawn winners received 10,000 points each.

Million Point Giveaway contestants were required to have an active MaxxCare rewards card in order to participate in the promotion.

“MaxxCare is a card-based loyalty program that rewards truck drivers for purchases made at Uni-Maxx Truck Care network locations,” says Clint Schrock, director of on-highway operations for Goodyear. “The program rewards three points per dollar spent on preventive maintenance services and one point per dollar for other repairs at participating locations. Points can be redeemed for eligible products and service purchases.”

To enroll in MaxxCare, truck drivers can pick up a card at any participating Wingfoot, Boss Shop or Highway Service Ventures/Patriot Farms Flying J location, where a sales associate can help with card registration. Drivers also can sign up by visiting www.maxx-care.net.

“We appreciate our customers’ loyalty and want to continue to earn their business,” says Schrock. “It’s important for us to reward and thank them with promotions like the Million Point Giveaway.”
