Transglobal names Hauer VP/sales and marketing

Transglobal Inc. – a manufacturer of dry-freight wood, composite doors, refrigerated doors, replacement parts and ramp door spring systems – announced that Michael Hauer has been named vice president of sales and marketing, responsible for driving salesma and marketing activities globally for the OEM, distribution and aftermarket parts sectors.

Prior to joining Transglobal, Hauer was U.S. and Canada director of sales for Kinedyne Corp. Previously, he served as director of U.S. and Canada sales for Wabash National’s Duraplate Products Group in Lafayette, Ind. He also directed sales for Stanley Assembly Technologies (a division of Stanley Tools) throughout the Americas, as well as in Australia, Japan and South Korea.

“Michael’s engineering and sales experience will enhance and reinforce Transglobal’s leadership in rollup door innovation for trailer and truck body markets,” says Mark Schroeder, Transglobal Door’s president. “His global experience in parts distribution will enable us to effectively grow our sales by leveraging our current distribution partners.”
