WABCO Holdings Inc. has won top supplier awards in China from eight leading commercial vehicle manufacturers for the company’s performance during 2011. WABCO says this record achievement is recognition by the major Chinese customers that honored the company with 11 awards for excellence, innovation and quality.
“A record number of leading Chinese manufacturers of commercial vehicles honored WABCO with their top 2011 supplier awards as we successfully satisfied their diverse and dynamic needs,” says Sujie Yu, general manager of WABCO China. “We are proud to be further honored by major Chinese customers, and these awards demonstrate WABCO’s passion for excellence in execution.”
WABCO in China recently received the “Developer of the Year” technology innovation award from Yutong Bus, the world’s largest bus manufacturer, and the “Best Quality” award from Higer Bus, the second-largest bus builder in China. In addition, China National Heavy-Duty Truck Group’s Jinan commercial vehicle division and CNHTC power business unit honored WABCO with its “2011 Excellent Supplier” awards, respectively.
WABCO China also recently was honored with top 2011 supplier awards from Baotou Bei Ben Heavy Duty Truck; Beiqi Foton Motor; C&C Trucks; China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, and Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle. WABCO China also won top quality awards from Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor and China FAW Group.
