Estes Forwarding Worldwide recently was named Specialty Carrier of the Year 2011 by Worldwide Express at the 15th annual WWEX Conference in Hollywood, Fla. Scott Fisher, president and chief executive officer of EFW, and Rob Estes, president and CEO of Estes Express Lines, accepted the award on behalf of EFW.
Worldwide Express is a national third-party logistics reseller with 150 franchise offices nationwide. In December 2010, EFW was selected as the first forwarding company to join forces with WWEX on a national level. EFW provides expedited domestic air and ground, international and project-based transportation solutions for WWEX.
