JX Enterprises recently appointed Scott Shaffer as the new General Manager of JX Peterbilt – Bloomington (Ill.). Shaffer has been with the company and the Bloomington truck dealership for 14 years.
He started as a Service Technician and progressed through the department holding positions of Service Foreman, Service Advisor and Service Manager. For the past two years he has helped elevate JX Peterbilt – Bloomington’s service department to one of the top performing among all of JX Enterprises’ 15 dealerships.
“Scott has worked his way up through the ranks and very much deserves his promotion to General Manager,” said Eric Jorgensen, JX Enterprises’ President and CEO. “He was instrumental is making JX Peterbilt – Bloomington’s Service Department one of the most efficient, productive and profitable in our organization, and I’m sure he will bring the same level of commitment and analytical skills to elevate performance across all dealership operations.”
