AmeriQuest Transportation Services, a provider of fleet management services, financial solutions and operational support services, on Monday, July 9, announced the launch of its new fleet breakdown service, AmeriQuest Road Rescue, a call center staffed by trained maintenance coordinators able to provide breakdown and repair service across North America.

AmeriQuest Road Rescue provides 24/7/365 on-call service and a national tracking system designed to expedite each occurrence. The service also offers national account pricing through AmeriQuest’s network of vendors, as well as electronic recordkeeping and reporting.

“Road Rescue is a program our customers have been requesting for some time,” said Byron Lay, director of AmeriQuest Road Rescue. “We are proud to deliver the best possible fleet breakdown service that meets our customers’ needs while protecting their costs. AmeriQuest is now one phone call away when a breakdown occurs – anytime, anyplace.”

AmeriQuest Road Rescue also will be available to Food Marketing Institute members as part of a relaunched partnership between the two companies. “AmeriQuest is proud to have included Road Rescue as a special offering in a new packaging of services to our very valued FMI partners,” said Jim Guice, executive vice president of AmeriQuest. “As part of the partnership, Road Rescue will provide FMI members with 24/7 fleet breakdown service while reducing their operating costs.”
