Tango Transport announced an Aug. 18 job fair to fill what the company describes as “an immediate need for more than 100 new employees from the Memphis area.” The company says it has openings for over-the-road and regional truck drivers, along with diesel and trailer mechanics, to work from its terminal in West Memphis, Ark.
“Our West Memphis operations have increased significantly over the past few months,” said Joe Gabbard, vice president of capacity development. “We need good people now to help us respond to the needs of our many customers in the Memphis area.”
The Aug. 18 job fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the West Memphis terminal, located at 4000 Petro Drive. Human resources representatives will be on hand to conduct on-the-spot job interviews.
