Republic Diesel announced it has purchased the assets and equipment of Truck Supplies Inc. in Lexington, Ky., and plans to merge the assets into its Lexington location. Republic Diesel says Truck Supplies’ sales and warehouse employees will be retained in the acquisition.
“[This] purchase brings with it the opportunity to service a wider customer base,” says Tony Holt, Republic’s branch manager in Lexington.
