A range of models from Great Dane’s new series of platform and reefer trailers are on display at the Great American Trucking Show in Booth #16136. Through Aug. 25, attendees visiting the show in Dallas will have a chance to learn firsthand about Great Dane’s recently re-engineered trailer line.

At this year’s show, Great Dane also is highlighting the official opening of the company’s new flatbed trailer distribution center, located at 4115 Port Boulevard in Dallas. Great Dane said the new center will serve as the go-to site for Freedom trailer sales and factory and aftermarket parts and accessories, providing customers in the region with a much greater selection of stock and pre-owned trailers available for immediate purchase.

Featured at Great Dane’s GATS booth are six flatbed trailers – twin versions of the company’s all-aluminum Freedom XP flatbed model, three versions of the company’s versatile Freedom LT hybrid platform trailer and an all-steel Freedom SE platform model. Offered in a wide range of configurations, the Freedom series is designed to meet the needs of most every platform operation and has been re-engineered to meet stringent standards.

Also on display will be one of the company’s Everest TL reefers that will feature Great Dane’s patented ThermoGuard lining designed to reduce cooling unit fuel consumption and trailer insulation degradation over the life of the trailer. The Everest TL show trailer also is equipped with Laydon Composites’ aerodynamic skirt, The Curve and CorroGuard, Great Dane’s corrosion-resistant undercoating.
