Travis Body & Trailer Inc. of Houston announced the appointment of Spellman Trailers Inc. of Franklin, Wis., as its newest independent dealer in Wisconsin. Spellman will represent Travis in the Southeast area of the state.
Ted Spellman began selling Dorsey Trailers more than 50 years ago and in 1968 took his business to Franklin. With the help of his son, Elvin, they expanded their operation into a seven-bay service department, a full parts department and a retailer sales and rental team. Today three generations of the Spellman family are directly involved in the daily business.
