Paccar companies name Parts and Service Dealers of the Year

At Peterbilt’s and Kenworth’s annual Parts and Service Meetings held recently in Anaheim, Calif., Allstate Peterbilt of Fargo was named the 2011 North American Parts and Service Dealer of the Year, while Central Illinois Trucks was named Kenworth’s 2011 Parts and Service Dealer of the Year for the United States and Canada. The awards are presented in recognition of outstanding parts and service support.

“Allstate Peterbilt of Fargo scored near or at the top of every standards of excellence category,” said Darrin Siver, Paccar vice president and Paccar Parts general manager. “Their parts counter staff are exceptional and resourceful, and their service department and body shop are always full, as they’re recognized as the best shops in the area.”

Peterbilt also named its Platinum Oval and Best in Class Parts and Service Award winners to recognize dealer excellence and outstanding achievements in customer support, parts and service operations, facilities and financial performance. “These dealerships consistently deliver excellent parts and service support to our customers, and they continually exceed their goals by performing at the highest levels,” said Bill Kozek, Paccar vice president and Peterbilt Motors Co. general manager.

The Platinum Oval Award winners were The Peterbilt Store – North Georgia, Peterbilt of Sioux City, Stahl Peterbilt – Grande Prairie, Peterbilt Manitoba – Winnipeg, Rush Peterbilt Truck Center – Tyler and Peterbilt Pacific – Kamloops. The Best in Class Award winners were Stahl Peterbilt – Edmonton, Rush Peterbilt Truck Center – Houston, JX Peterbilt – Bloomington, Peterbilt of Council Bluffs and Hunter Peterbilt – Smithfield.

Siver said Central Illinois Trucks is at the top for parts operations, parts and service financials and the Kenworth customer service score. “All levels of their organization display an outstanding dedication and passion for the business,” he said. “Dealer management leads by example with enthusiasm and knowledge, and they truly represent The World’s Best.”

Kenworth also named its Gold and Silver Parts and Service Award winners to recognize dealer excellence and outstanding achievements in customer support, parts and service operations, facilities and financial performance. “These dealerships have demonstrated excellence in all areas of their parts and service operations, and they continually exceed their goals by performing at the highest levels,” said Gary Moore, Paccar vice president and Kenworth Truck Co. general manager.

The Gold Award winners were Wisconsin Kenworth, Motor Power Kenworth – Billings, MHC Kenworth – Kansas City, Kenworth Québec, Central Illinois Trucks and Kenworth of Cincinnati. The Silver Award winners were Motor Power Kenworth – Great Falls, Kenworth of Jacksonville, MHC Kenworth – Oklahoma, Wallwork Kenworth, Columbus Kenworth and Kenworth of Buffalo.
