Payment processing companies Electronic Funds Source and T-Chek systems became one this week when EFS purchased T-Chek from C.H. Robinson Worldwide. T-Chek technology can be used during fuel purchases, funds transfers, vendor payments and online expense management.
EFS specializes in credit processing for the transportation industry. “T-Check brings exciting new markets and products to EFS in addition to seasoned human capital with strong industry experience,” says Scott Phillips, president and CEO of EFS, about the acquisition.
EFS says it does not expect T-Check customers to require a card change or reissuance.
