Cheetah Software Services, a cloud-based transportation logistics software provider, has become a Samsung partner to offer its product in a more integrated fashion with Samsung’s mobile devices.

Cheetah says it provides dynamic, optimized vehicle routing that continuously adjusts to changing conditions, automated dispatch and customer service, and access to real-time supply chain information across an organization. Along with Samsung’s extensive smartphone and tablet product line, the combination results in a dynamic, intelligent, and predictive LTL and delivery software.

As a Silver Partner in the Samsung Enterprise Alliance Program or SEAP (www.samsungmobileb2b.com), Cheetah will be receiving enhanced technical and product support on Samsung products, along with the ability to provide deeper integration with Samsung devices by utilizing Samsung’s proprietary API’s on the Android platform. In addition, Cheetah will also be able to work with Samsung’s local and global sales and marketing organization.

“We’ve enjoyed excellent results in working with Samsung smartphones and tablets, and can look forward to accomplishing even deeper integration, resulting in better and more efficient applications for our customers,” said Jeff Groenke, Cheetah’s vice president of sales and marketing.

Cheetah Mobile running on Samsung devices connects field workers with dispatch, customer service, management, and customers, in real time, via two-way messaging, dynamic ETA updates, and POD verification including barcode scanning, signature capture, and photos. Voice navigation provides turn-by-turn directions driven by live pickup and delivery information. Cheetah says training is reduced and productivity is increased through an intuitive touchscreen interface that is standardized across all Android devices and built-in help that reduces support calls.
