Decisiv, Inc., a provider of Service Relationship Management (SRM) platforms, announced that significant growth in the number of fleets and service providers using its technology has led to expansion of the company’s facilities and its customer support capabilities. Decisiv’s new facility, which is double the size of its previous office space, was necessitated by revenue growth of 75 percent and growth in the number of fleets and assets on its SRM platform of over 150 percent.
“With rapid growth we are making an investment in a facility and in the technology that will allow us to continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers and partners,” said Dick Hyatt, president of Decisiv. “Ramping up service and support facilities to accommodate growth is an important part of our long term commitment to the market.”
Decisiv’s new office location features smart board and other advanced technologies. A demonstration center, and conference and meeting rooms at the facility, are now available for meeting with customers and partners.
Additionally, a dedicated facility is now in place for FleetWatch, Decisiv’s monitoring tool for ensuring timely communication during service events. FleetWatch users receive regular updates and alerts on service event status, cutting Days Out of Service for fleets.
The new Decisiv facility also provides room for continued growth of the company’s development, implementation and support staff. In 2012, Decisiv doubled the size of its development team, added sales executives, and expanded the number of truck fleet maintenance and service professional experts in its customer services group.
