TMW Systems, Decisiv sharing data on external fleet maintenance

TMW Systems, a Trimble brand and provider of transportation software, business intelligence and related solutions, has integrated its TMT Fleet Maintenance Software with Decisiv’s Service Relationship Management (SRM) platform.

The companies say the integration will help fleet managers extend their data accuracy, reduce administrative load and manage warranty recovery when working with external service providers.

With the integration, fleet managers can provide an outside service center with an asset’s service history, warranty status, telematics and diagnostic data, and schedule preventative maintenance. The service center will have a more complete history of the asset for repairs and maintenance.

The Decisiv SRM platform is used by commercial vehicle manufacturers, service providers and asset owners for communication and collaboration in the service supply chain.
