Two fleet management technology providers have joined forces to serve fleets of all sizes.
Zonar Systems Inc., a trucking telematics provider that was recently the first company certified by the California Air Resources Board to participate in its Clean Truck Check (CTC) program, has merged with GPS fleet tracking solutions provider GPS Trackit.
Zonar will operate as part of the GPS Trackit portfolio.
The two companies combined form a comprehensive platform that provides telematics and cloud-based solutions for commercial, field services and passenger industry fleets of all sizes.
