Snap-on touts 110V welder

Snap-on’s 110V welder is built to handle ¼-inch material in a single pass with 140A maximum output at a 60 percent duty cycle. The welder’s all-copper-wound transformer features Nomex insulation and bolted laminations to add voltage control and repeatable welds, while the capacitor bank and diode set are built to deliver consistent voltage and smooth-arc characteristics.

The wire feed assembly is constructed of precision-machined cast aluminum that features all-metal gearing and an 800 in/min delivery for consistent wire speeds. The welder comes with running gear and a flow meter/regulator; optional accessories allow for aluminum and steel welding.
