Inland Truck Parts has rolled out Mitchell 1 online repair information programs to its two newest locations in Olathe and Wichita, Kan. Inland Truck Parts is a network of parts, in-house remanufacturing and drive-in service facilities with an inventory of replacement parts and repair capabilities for all makes and models of trucks and trailers.

Inland Truck Parts offers drive-in truck repair service at 20 of its 26 locations, using Mitchell 1 programs as a tool in diagnosing and repairing the wide variety of vehicle makes and models that come in for service. Inland Truck Parts began introducing Mitchell 1 online repair programs in 2004, and today their facilities use the entire suite of Mitchell 1 products, Tractor-Trailer.net, Medium-Truck.net and Repair-Connect.net.

“Our shops are equipped with the latest diagnostic tools and service equipment, and Mitchell 1 products are an integral component,” says Dave Scheer, president of Inland Truck Parts. “We know our technicians need to be highly skilled and efficient to offer truck operators a reliable source for their vehicle maintenance needs. Our facilities utilize Mitchell 1 programs to support that effort.”

Mitchell 1 programs provide a single format that helps give technicians vital diagnostic and repair information they are likely to need to complete a service order correctly. The programs are updated continually and include thousands of detailed color wiring diagrams to help solve complex electrical problems, as well as full-color photos of many vehicle components and assemblies. The CircuitSelect feature is designed to allow the user to trace, highlight, isolate and hide individual wiring circuits using different colored highlights.
