Super Service announced it is increasing driver pay by 4 cents-per-mile for OTR drivers and by 2 cents-per-mile for students and regional drivers.Super Service (No. 108 on the CCJ Top 250) announced it is increasing pay across the board for company drivers, students and teams.
Over-the-road drivers and teams received a 4 cents-per-mile increase, while students and regional drivers received a 2 cent-per-mile boost in pay.
The company also recently announced its new P3 (Performance Plus Pay) program, which allows drivers to increase their pay by as much as 6 cents-per-mile. Through the program, drivers can earn extra pay with a hazmat endorsement, safe driving, availability, miles per gallon and performance.
