00:34 Mobile inspection and asset documentation software provider Record360 has integrated with Decisiv, a service relationship management solutions provider.

Service operations rely on Decisiv to manage cases once they are created, but inspection data collected at intake is frequently incomplete, delayed, or disconnected from the case. Inconsistent capture or attachment of photos, videos, and condition details creates gaps that lead to estimate-invoice disputes, slow triage, and extended downtime.

The Record360 integration addresses this gap by connecting mobile inspections directly to the Decisiv platform. Technicians can capture photos, video, meter readings, and condition data on a mobile device using guided inspection workflows. Once completed, the full inspection record, including a structured PDF summary, is automatically attached to the corresponding Decisiv case without manual upload or duplicate entry.

01:29 Multi-industry GPS fleet tracking platform Razor Tracking is now leveraging manufacturer-driven telematics from CerebrumX Labs. By accessing OEM-grade vehicle data, Razor Tracking’s Embedded Vehicle Data addresses visibility gaps and inconsistent data, while enabling low-latency, near real-time data delivery.

Razor Tracking’s Embedded Vehicle Data technology transforms raw vehicle signals, including ignition on/off, odometer, diagnostic trouble codes, fuel levels, engine hours, geolocation, GPS tracking, direction of travel and speed, into actionable insights using CerebrumX’s data-driven normalization algorithms.

02:00 Linxup, a GPS fleet tracking and safety technology company, has partnered with performance incentive platform Applause. This integration connects Linxup’s driver safety data directly into Applause’s technician scorecard.

This gives technicians a real-time, mobile-friendly scorecard that pulls from three sources: Linxup’s Safety Score, based on speeding, rapid acceleration, hard braking, phone use and tailgating; operational data from their field-service management system; and customer feedback collected through Applause, including referrals, reviews and net promoter score.

Platforms that reward only on telematics data miss most of what actually drives performance and retention. When technicians hit key targets, Applause can automatically trigger bonus payouts and recognition. For managers, that means incentives that run on their own without manual spreadsheet work.

02:50 Billor, a technology ecosystem combining freight and technology for truck drivers and freight brokers, has launched Billor Driver, a mobile platform designed to power every stage of the truck driver journey, from onboarding to daily operations.

New drivers can complete their onboarding directly in the app, including selecting their truck, configuring options, choosing the right program, tracking their progress, and scheduling pickup, all within a guided, mobile-first experience.

Once active, drivers use Billor Driver as their day-to-day command center. The app provides real-time access to loads, earnings, documents, and direct communication with Billor, giving truck drivers full visibility and control over their operations.
