Global 2-Way offers Global T-Fleet

Global 2-Way announced the availability of the Global T-Fleet system, a nationwide messaging and tracking system. The Global T-Fleet system, which is based on the previous Terion in-cab mobile communications system, uses a combination of digital high frequency (DHF) network and existing FM sub-carrier networks for nationwide coverage.

The Global T-Fleet system includes a driver terminal and transceiver unit, a whip antenna and Windows-based mapping and communication software. The system can be leased for as low as $75 per month with a communications plan that includes 250 messages. Global 2-Way acquired the system from Terion during that company’s recent reorganization. Global T-Fleet is unrelated to Terion’s current line of business, which is trailer monitoring.
