Dick Follis, Arnold director of fleet development, and Mike Gregerson, Arnold executive vice-president of operations, opened the April 7 summit by examining the company’s outlook for the rest of 2005. The summit then focused on current needs and concerns for owner-operators. Brett Wacker, Arnold vice-president of maintenance, told owner-operators how to save money on repairs and parts.
