The $107 million complex – scheduled for completion in fall 2006 – is part of a $1.2 billion network investment that DHL launched in June 2004.

The Allentown facility will have a base footprint of 290,000 square feet with an additional 200,000 square feet of mezzanine work space. By the end of 2006, it will service 57 stations, and there will be daily truck runs out of the facility to 10 regional hubs located across the United States.
