Stemco, a provider of heavy-duty truck and trailer wheel end technology products, has introduced a new fuel logging feature to its recently released BAT RF line of technology products.

According to Stemco, with the fuel logging feature, fleet operators can track and monitor fuel usage by using the HandBAT RF reader to log actual fuel gallons pumped: This data then can be synchronized with a mileage reading from the HandBAT to provide fuel mileage data, improving administrative efficiency and reducing costs while providing management with more timely information to better manage their vehicle fuel expenses.

The BAT RF product line uses advanced sensor technologies and radio frequency identification (RFID) to collect and communicate critical data on vehicle condition and maintenance, helping to save fleet operators time and money.
