Linde Lift Truck Corp. announced that Brian Butler recently was named president of the Summerville, S.C.-based manufacturer of lift trucks.
Butler replaces Mitch Milovich, who is retiring from the company and returning to Atlanta to devote more time to his Linde dealership, Lift Atlanta Inc.
Butler — formerly president and CEO of Clark Material Handling Co. in Lexington, Ky. — has more than 20 years of experience in the materials-handling industry. He also has served as vice president of sales and marketing of Material Handling Services for the Chicago market.
Butler says the company is in the process of introducing a new corporate identity program, which includes a new name, look and website. To that end, the corporate name has been changed to Linde Material Handling-North America, and the company’s website now can be found at www.lmh-na.com.
