Mobile video surveillance provider Safety Vision has announced that its Northwest Houston headquarters will be a donation dropoff point for Hurricane Katrina relief items.
Safety Vision will distribute the items to local charities, including the Houston Food Bank, targeting refugee assistance. Through Friday, Sept. 16, donations will be accepted Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Acceptable donations include clothing, nonperishable food, hygiene products, bottled water, baby items and pet care products. Contact Mary Caka at Safety Vision at 713-896-6600 for additional information.
