The American Trucking Associations’ Technology and Maintenance Council has entered into a nonexclusive agreement with Freightliner.

Freightliner customers with AccessFreightliner, AccessSterling or AccessWesternStar accounts now will be able to use TMC FleetPortal to link directly into the Freightliner online system and view service and parts technical information relevant to Freightliner, Sterling and Western Star vehicles.

TMC FleetPortal provides fleet maintenance personnel with online access to illustrated parts catalogs, repair and maintenance manuals, service bulletins, parts information letters and internally generated documents, as well as TMC Recommended Practices and Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards codes.

AccessFreightliner.com uses secure Internet-based software to provide fleet customers with access to the ServicePro, EZWiring and PartsPro online applications. ServicePro provides general vehicle information along with an array of online service and parts technical literature. EZWiring provides online access to vehicle wiring schematics and diagrams. PartsPro allows for easy identification of a given vehicle’s as-built parts content.

TMC FleetPortal is operated on behalf of ATA through an arrangement with Continental DataGraphics.
