The Technology & Maintenance Council of the American Trucking Associations announced that it has reached a nonexclusive data exchange agreement with International Truck and Engine Corp.

International customers with an ISIS CD subscription now will be able to use TMC FleetPortal to gain direct access to International technical publications and service information for their fleets, including service manuals, service bulletins, campaign notices, warranty information, TIPS, standard repair times, operator’s manuals and other publications. Fleets that subscribe to TMC FleetPortal will have access to International technical data pertaining to their specific fleet equipment.

“Based upon feedback gathered from our customers, we identified a need to help fleets improve their efficiency in accessing technical information,” said Julie Espich, manager of national service for International. “We recognized this cooperative agreement with the TMC as a means by which to complement our customer service offerings.”

“We’re very pleased that International is taking this step,” said Carl Kirk, TMC executive director and vice president of councils for ATA. “International is a progressive member of the trucking community and is clearly committed to meeting the needs of its customers. They listened to their customers and provided this new option of information access via TMC FleetPortal to help their customers improve efficiency.”

By providing an information portal for maintenance data from all of a fleet’s original equipment manufacturers, TMC FleetPortal can reduce the time maintenance professionals spend searching for technical information. Fleet technicians no longer will need to log in to multiple websites with different passwords and methods of finding data; they simply can log on to the TMC FleetPortal system with a single username and password to access all of the information needed, regardless of manufacturer.

TMC FleetPortal is operated on behalf of ATA through an arrangement with Continental DataGraphics (CDG), a Boeing Company subsidiary. For more information about TMC FleetPortal, go to www.tmcfleetportal.com.
