Mona Van Duyn, of Auburndale, Fla., is MultiMedia’s September Trucker Buddy Driver of the Month.
Van Duyn will receive a personalized jacket, a $300 check to spend on her class, $200 in Trucker Buddy merchandise, an IdleAire adaptor, a Koolatron cooler, Donde Publishing’s “For the Long Haul” and an Accident Photo pack. The class will receive a CrossCountry USA game from Ingenuity Works.
Van Duyn joined the Trucker Buddy program in 2002. She is one of almost 4,000 professional drivers who share their time with elementary classes throughout the world. Van Duyn shares hers with a multiage class at Pharr Elementary School in Snellville, Ga.
