Stabilus names Haba VP/commercial operations

Stabilus, a manufacturer of gas springs and hydraulic vibration dampers, has named Tony Haba vice president of commercial operations. Haba’s responsibilities include developing and launching all customer requirements in the North American market.

Haba previously has held the positions of vice president of sales and marketing at BorgWarner A/FS Division and vice president of marketing and product development for Textron, McCord Winn Division. He completed Harvard’s advanced management program and has earned advanced degrees in business, finance and accounting.

Stabilus engineers and designers develop products for automotive, industrial and vehicle applications to counterbalance and control motion for doors, trunk lids, hoods, sunroofs and convertible tops, adjustment for seats and tables, and vibration damping for belt tension and steering.
