New Pig Corp. says its PIG storage chest — a multipurpose, all-weather storage container constructed of UV-inhibited polyethylene — provides 15 cubic feet of lockable, movable storage space.
The chest — available with 5-inch rubber wheels, 8-inch pneumatic wheels or without wheels — features a rounded lid designed to prevent water and debris from accumulating on top, and an internal piano-style hinge that helps keep contents dry. Even when empty, the chest is designed not to tip over when the lid is raised, helping to keep workers safe.
A strong base and heavy sidewalls allow the chest to be moved by forklift, even when fully loaded, according to New Pig. The chest is offered in three colors – forest green, orange and dark granite.
