Trucking firm C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc. has agreed to anchor the first phase of a new corporate campus being developed by United Properties in Eden Prairie, Minn.

C.H. Robinson, based in Eden Prairie, will move into a soon-to-be-constructed 150,000-square-foot office building known as Eden Bluff Corporate Center I, a United Properties spokesperson told the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal.

United Properties received approval from the City of Eden Prairie on Tuesday, Oct. 4 to begin construction of the new 30-acre campus at the northwest corner of Highway 212 and Charlson Road near the Flying Cloud Airport. Plans for the site are for it to eventually accommodate between 242,000 to 351,450 square feet of office space, between 32,000 and 175,000 square feet of office/warehouse space and 9,000 square feet of retail space.

C.H. Robinson’s headquarters are not expected to move to the new building, but some employees will move from existing space in Eden Prairie, according to the Business Journal.
