Hugger Dock Equipment Co. of Columbus, Ohio, has formed a joint marketing venture with Blue Giant Equipment Corp. of Brampton, Ontario, to provide U.S. customers with additional loading dock products.
Hugger, a division of Columbus Foam Products, manufactures and markets compression dock seals, truck shelters, L-Pads and various other accessories. Blue Giant products – which include dock levelers, lifts and safety equipment – will be distributed through Hugger dealers in the United States. Blue Giant products for Hugger will be manufactured in both their Ontario and Mexican factories and carry the Hugger brand.
