Great American Lines driver Michael Smith, 57, disappeared from the Houston area Tuesday, Oct. 18. Smith was deadheading back from San Antonio in his teal green 2006 Kenworth T600 when he stopped at an unknown truck stop outside the city. That was the last Great American or anyone else heard from him.
Smith is 5-foot, 10-inches tall, and weighs about 300 pounds. He wears glasses, has gray hair and often dresses in loose-fitting T-shirts and blue jeans.
Parties with any information are asked to call Great American Lines at 800-625-9690. The office is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and an answering service is available if calling after hours.
