3M has announced the formation of the Graphics Market Center, combining many of the products, capabilities and resources of its Commercial Graphics and Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Divisions. The Graphics Market Center will be fully functional by Jan. 1, 2006.
According to Jon Lindekugel, Graphics Market Center business director, the new organization “will provide the full range of 3M products and capabilities to targeted customer segments while improving customer satisfaction through increased flexibility, service and responsiveness. We expect these changes to help us become more market-focused.” The market center was formed by combining the sales, marketing and customer service departments, Lindekugel says.
3M Commercial Graphics and Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Divisions will continue to deliver products to customers through the market organization.
