Central States Thermo King to acquire four dealerships

Central States Thermo King has acquired the assets of four Pennsylvania dealerships: Thermo King of Philadelphia, Thermo King of Lehigh Valley, Thermo King of Scranton and Thermo King of Vineland.

The four dealerships will be reorganized into CSTK East, and Turner McDonald will serve as executive vice president and general manager. McDonald is the president of the Thermo King Dealer Advisory Council and former general manager of several Thermo King dealerships in the Southeast.
