U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems, which provides fuel cards for trucking companies, has acquired Advent Business Systems, a San Mateo, Calif.-based company that provides account-management technology to the petroleum and energy-product supply chain.
U.S. Bank Voyager, a Houston-based unit of U.S. Bancorp in Minneapolis, said Advent’s technology will enhance its payment card issuance and processing capabilities, especially for smaller fleet companies.
Terms of the transaction were not announced.
