Digital pressure gauge points to accuracy

Mico’s digital pressure gauges are 10,000 PSI gauges designed with terminal point accuracy, which allows rezeroing to eliminate sensor offset. Full-scale .5 percent terminal point accuracy includes linearity, hysteresis and repeatability, according to the company.

The standard gauge has a chemical-resistant Noryl case and comes with a protective boot, which Mico says has an IP54 rating. The gauges also are available with 12- or 36-inch hoses and a 16-piece fitting kit. The gauges meet ASME B40.7 standard and come with CE approval, according to Mico.

Other standard features include nine engineering units of measure, 5-digit display with 1/2-inch character size, backlight, minimum and maximum pressure indication, and a welded stainless steel 1/4-inch pipe socket and sensor. The company says the gauges’ proof pressure is 120 percent of the range, and their burst pressure is 150 percent of the range.
