Paul Stalter, an independent contractor for Schneider National, is the Midnight Trucking Radio Network’s first winner of the “Guess What’s In It and Win” game, sponsored by Petro Stopping Centers. The game began Jan. 30 and continued for more than 12 weeks, ending on April 24 when Stalter registered a correct guess of “Picture Frame” and won $25,000.

Stalter, his wife and several friends had been playing the game for 12 weeks. He plans to use his cash prize to cover fees associated with the adoption of his 11-year-old daughter, help his church pay for a new building and overhaul the engine on his truck.

Each week, the Midnight Trucking Radio Network had been announcing clues on Monday mornings describing the mystery contents “inside the box.” Listeners were instructed to register their guess at game kiosks located inside designated Petro Stopping Centers across the country for the chance to win $25,000. The kiosks allowed drivers to access the clue and enter one guess per week.

Plans currently are being made for a second round to begin this summer.
