Arsenault Associates has expanded operations with the opening of a Midwest regional sales office in Chicago, and has named David R. Hooyer regional account manager for the new office. Hooyer brings 20 years of sales management, technology and entrepreneurial experience to his new position at Arsenault, provider of the Dossier fleet maintenance management software and technology solutions.

“I am pleased to announce that David R. Hooyer has joined our team,” says Jack Boetefuer, chief operating officer and vice president of sales and business development for Atco, N.J.-based Arsenault. “David brings a wealth of technology industry knowledge to the table, including experience as a principal in a technology start-up. Further, he is a very seasoned account manager with an excellent reputation for improving customer satisfaction and driving results.”

The opening of a Chicago office follows last year’s launch of a Southwest regional sales office in Houston. “New and existing clients have responded very favorably to our new regional strategy,” Boetefuer says, “and we expect to continue on this path to grow while improving customer retention and satisfaction. We are currently seeking someone for our next regional office on the West Coast.”

According to Charles Arsenault, founder and chief executive officer, the company is opening regional offices, adding staff and developing alliance partnerships to position itself as the premier software solutions supplier in vertical markets involving fleet maintenance management. “I am very pleased with our efforts to improve service to clients and alliance partners,” Arsenault says. “We intend to broaden offerings within our installed base through reseller arrangements and complimentary offerings to enhance value, while adding new functionality to our software.”
