West Valley City Mayor Dennis Nordfelt recently joined England Logistics company representatives and local officials at the grand opening of its new headquarters and logistics center in West Valley City, Utah. The new 22,000-square-foot facility will be home to up to 200 new jobs.

“Today is a great day for C.R. England in highlighting the successful expansion of our company,” says Dan England, C.R. England chairman. “Relocation of our England Logistics subsidiary, one of the fastest-growing and largest freight brokerages in the country, will allow us to keep pace with growing market demand.”

“We’re in an extremely competitive industry with escalating productivity, profitability and service expectations,” says Sean Snow, England Logistics president. “To continue to provide our customers with the service they have come to expect and to meet their increasing demands, hiring additional employees and moving into a new facility are essential.”

“Our state-of-the-art call center and training facility has been designed and equipped with the latest technology to allow us to provide world-class transportation solutions to our customers,” says Jason Beardall, director of brokerage operations for England Logistics.

“With our business model, new facility and compensation plan, we are positioned to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and continue to be a great place to develop a career,” says Steven Gadd, director of business development for England Logistics.
