International Truck has added Double Coin Tires to its list of primary tire suppliers. At International’s current capacity, no single tiremaker currently is able to meet 100 percent of production needs. Double Coin tires will be introduced as an option on all truck series.
In early 2006, Hankook Tires was named as the standard on International’s medium-duty trucks, the DuraStar and CityStar series, as well as IC Corp. buses. Customers also have the option to select other tire brands, including Continental and Michelin.
