Dart Transit Co. announced its February 2007 Contractors of the Month: Jose Fernandez at the Dallas operating center, and Denny Yoder at the Eagan, Minn., operating center. Contractors of the Month are recognized for their on-time performance, dependability and safety record.
Fernandez moved from Spain to the United States in 1971; 10 years later, he got his commercial driver’s license and has contracted with Dart since 2005. “It feels real good to be Contractor of the Month,” says Fernandez, who owns and operates a 2005 International. “It shows that Dart appreciates what I do.”
Yoder has been driving over the road for almost 25 years and has contracted with Dart since 1991. Yoder owns and operates a 2004 Freightliner.
Dart Contractors of the Month receive certificates and gifts from Dart’s Pro Shop. Dart Contractors of the Year are selected from its Contractors of the Month.
