AIM, a supplier of alternators and starters for the automotive and heavy-duty aftermarket, recently announced that Wayne Golonka has joined the company as territory sales manager, responsible for calling on WDs and automotive jobbers in the Northeast region of the United States.

Golonka, who has spent his entire career in the automotive and heavy-duty aftermarket, most recently was district manager for ATP. Prior to that, for 20 years Golonka was co-owner of C&L Automotive Electric in Union, N.J., specializing in heavy-duty and industrial repair.

“Wayne has been a mechanic, counterman, jobber salesman, WD manager and sales representative, and self-employed rotating electric rebuilder,” says Chris Love, national sales and marketing manager for Rancho Cordova, Calif.-based AIM. “His many years of industry experience have given him the ability to relate with and assist customers with their needs.”
