Nashville, Tenn., police are seeking a truck driver as “a person of interest” after a woman was found shot to death at a truck stop. A security guard routinely patrolling the fence line of TravelCenters of America at 111 N. 1st St. discovered the body of Sara Nicole Hulbert, 25, of Ashland City at 12:40 a.m. June 26.

Detectives are trying to identify a person of interest for questioning in the homicide. He is a white male, 40 to 50 years old, with white hair and eyeglasses. He is about 5 feet 9 inches and weighs about 200 pounds. He was last seen at the truck stop about the time of the murder driving a 2000 or 2001 white Volvo truck and pulling a flatbed with a large tan storage unit or crate.

Tennessee media has reported that police also are looking into the discovery of two other bodies at separate truck stop locations. Police won’t say if the murders are connected, media reports indicate. Nashville police are urging anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463 or Central Precinct Investigations at 615-862-7044.
