Zonar Systems, a provider of electronic vehicle inspection tools and telematics solutions, has hired Jason Fallon and Taek Sung as vice presidents in charge of national accounts. They will be based in Seattle and report to Andrew Lee, director of sales.

Fallon brings 14 years of business-to-business sales experience, including executive-level sales management in both the transportation and technology industries. Most recently, he was director of national accounts for the U.S. operation of DHL Express, an international courier and logistics company.

Sung has 11 years of sales experience primarily with Corporate Express, a Fortune 500 company and one of the world’s largest suppliers of office and computer products. He held several managerial positions with increasing levels of responsibility, including director of commercial sales for the company’s western U.S. region. He specialized in government and private-sector accounts.

Fallon and Sung will be responsible for expanding Zonar’s portfolio of national accounts in commercial trucking, pupil transportation, public transit, government, utilities and other markets that require verified visual inspections of mobile and stationary assets.

“Large-scale deployments demand high-level sales support,” says Brett Brinton, general manager of Zonar Systems. “Jason and Taek have extensive experience selling to large private-sector and government organizations. They know how to approach these markets with a compelling message and provide the ongoing support customers expect.”
