USF Glen Moore, an operating unit of YRC Regional Transportation, a subsidiary of YRC Worldwide Inc., announced Thursday, Aug. 2, that Phil Nelms and Tim Dull have been appointed to key management positions at the company.

Nelms, who was named vice president of operations at USF Glen Moore, is a 38-year veteran of the trucking industry, having previously served in several senior management roles.

“Phil’s extensive experience in network planning and execution fit USF Glen Moore’s operational leadership needs very well,” said Gary Pruden, president of Carlisle, Pa.-based USF Glen Moore. “He brings to USF Glen Moore a long and distinguished career in our industry and is very familiar with our YRC Regional brands and commitment to exceptional service.”
