Telargo Inc., a provider of mobile asset management solutions, announced it will provide a telematics solution to LeasePlan USA’s existing and future client base. LeasePlan USA is a vehicle leasing and fleet management company.
Through the alliance, LeasePlan USA’s customers will have the option of accessing Telargo’s solution through an all-inclusive subscription fee with no upfront investment. Telargo provides intelligence to its customers for critical business decision-making by facilitating real-time interaction with vehicle fleets, work process automation and in-depth cost analysis.
By utilizing the Telargo solution, LeasePlan customers will be able to improve fleet utilization, reduce fuel consumption and lower operating expenses. Telargo’s advanced event notification engine will help fleet operators take proactive control of their fleets, while their Hours of Service (HoS) and International Fuel Tax Agreements (IFTA) features will allow companies to meet regulatory challenges.
